In honour of today being my last lesson I just wanted to extend you guys a huge thank you. From my first day to now I’ve learned so much from the both of you.
Prior to my experience with you guys I was deeply afraid to go to tutoring, scared of being judged. But I never felt judged with you guys.

And to Rick, thank you for always seeing me as an equal. You have taught me so many life lessons that stretch far past academics. You’ve always seen the best in me when I haven’t seen it in myself. You helped me get out of an extremely dark place and made me realize it’s okay to fail. I’m so grateful for every extra session, every extra minute you’d spend on me, and every thing you would dissect just to ensure I understood. You’ve made a lasting impression on my life and I truly hope our paths cross again. You became a very special male role model in my life and I’m extremely honoured to have gotten to learn from you. Everyone you teach is so lucky to get to obtain some of your knowledge. Thank you for dealing with my allergies, my sleepiness and my “sassy” attitude. You forever changed my perspective on math and learning and I’m so grateful.
